Duties & Taxes

LAVARICE ships to the following destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis: all EU members, the United States, Mexico, Thailand, and Indonesia. This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, and no additional payments are required upon delivery.

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (i.e., customers outside of the countries listed above), the price you pay to LAVARICE will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify the details of applicable charges, as customs policies and import duties may vary depending on your country.

Important: Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you request a refund for an item, we are unable to refund any duty or tax amount — whether it was included in the price you paid (DDP destinations) or paid separately to the carrier (DDU destinations) — as these funds are collected by your country's customs authorities and not by us.
