You may return any item purchased on en.lavarice.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below.
How to Initiate a Return
Fill out the Return Form on our website to submit your request.
Our Customer Care team will review your request within 1 business day.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization email, which is required to process your return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and delivery box.
- Items must be new, unused, and with all LAVARICE and designer tags attached.
- The cost of initial shipping and return shipping will not be refunded.
- Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed.

Return Label Cost:
FedEx – 19.90$
DHL – 19.90$
This fee covers the return shipping label issued by LAVARICE.
Return Shipping Methods:
Orders delivered via FedEx must be returned via FedEx.
Orders delivered via DHL must be returned via DHL.
Orders previously delivered via DPD can be returned via FedEx or DHL (customer’s choice).
Refusal of Delivery:
If a customer refuses to accept the delivery, the shipping cost and any import duties for the automatic return will be deducted from the refund amount.
