Shipment & Delivery

PAYMENT

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.

Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing

SHIPPING METHODS

LAVARICE delivers orders via DHL Express and DPD (for European countries only). According to international commerce regulations, all parcels include an official invoice with the total purchase amount and a breakdown of the items.

All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be longer.

DELIVERY TIME

DHL Express: Delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination.
DPD (Europe only): Delivery takes 2–10 business days.
LAVARICE is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

DHL Express: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
DPD HOME (Europe only): 12.90$ – Delivery to your home address (Not available in Germany, Ireland, and Slovakia).
DPD SHOP (Europe only): 8.90$ – Pickup from a DPD location of your choice.

TAXES & DUTIES

DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) destinations: Orders shipped to EU countries, Indonesia, Thailand, and Mexico include all applicable duties and taxes in the final price at checkout. No additional payments are required upon delivery.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations: Orders shipped outside the EU, Indonesia, Thailand, and Mexico do not include import duties or sales taxes in the final price. These must be paid directly to the carrier (DHL) upon delivery or via the DHL tracking page by selecting "Pay now."
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to clarify the applicable charges, as customs policies may vary by country.

If import duties are not paid, the order will be returned to the sender, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Important: If you return an item for a refund, any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable, as they are collected by your country's customs authorities.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (AWB):

DHL Express: Track your shipment at DHL's official website.
DPD: Tracking details will be included in your confirmation email and can be checked on the DPD website.
